Are my payment details secure?

How long do I have to return a product?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

What are your delivery times?
We process all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be picked up on the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 4-9 business days for transit. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 6-12 business days from the date of purchase.
Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or circumstances outside of our control. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your parcel in real time.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We're happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States - no minimum order value required.
For international shipments outside the United States, additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location and chosen shipping method. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so there are never any surprises.
